These Terms are the only conditions applicable to the use of this website and replace any other, unless express prior written consent to Milopiel. These Terms are important for both you and Milopiel as they are designed to create a legally binding agreement between us protecting your rights as a customer and our rights as a company. You declare that, upon placing your order, you have read and accept without reservation the present Conditions:
- You may only use the website to perform legally valid queries or requests.
- You can not make any speculative, false or fraudulent orders. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that such a request has been made, we will be authorized to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

How to place your order
To place the order in Milopiel, the user must follow the steps indicated in the purchase process, filling in the requested data, confirming the purchase of the products added to the "Order" section and making the payment. Once the purchase of the products added to "Order" has been confirmed, the user will have all the information regarding their purchase in process (including the cost associated with transporting the order to the address indicated) and all the contractual data Corresponding.
The user who purchases products on the website, agrees to pay at the time he confirms the purchase. Thus, the order will not be processed until the time Milopiel receives the payment agreement.

Orders will be archived in the Milopiel database for a period of time that will not exceed the limits established by current legislation. The user will be able to access their orders in the "My Account/Order Information" section.
Milopiel may refrain from processing orders sent by users who do not present sufficient solvency guarantees, which turn out to be incomplete or incorrect, those whose confirmation of payment is not received within 48 hours, and also if the selected products are not available. In such cases, Milopiel will inform the user by email that the Order has not been processed correctly, specifying the reasons for it, and, where appropriate, will perform the refund of the amount anticipated for unavailable products.
Products and Prices
Milopiel reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products are offered through www.milopiel.es. In particular, Milopiel may, at any time, add or remove products from the online store.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented in Milopiel within each product sheet.
Despite milopiel's scrupulous care in its reliable reproduction, the images and colors of the products put up for sale may, however, not accurately reflect reality, due to the specific characteristics of the Internet browser or used by the user.
Prices of the products on sale always appear in euros with the corresponding VAT (21%) Included. The relevant shipping costs will be added to these prices. The shipping rates will be communicated to the user when formalizing the order, and must be accepted by the latter when confirming the purchase.
Product prices may be subject to updates. The prices that Milopiel will apply to each order will be those in force at the time the user confirms the purchase of the products added to the "Order", regardless of the day on which the delivery is made. It is recommended to make sure that the final sale price is before confirming the order.
Payment Forms
The user who purchases products on the website agrees to pay at the time he confirms the purchase. Payment of the price of the products and the respective shipping costs can be made by PAYPAL, including credit cards accepted by PAYPAL.
Milopiel is committed to using the most effective and secure methods of current technology to transmit economic data and payments for each transaction. These shipments will always be encrypted through PAYPAL's Secure Server (SSL).
In the event that the user makes the payment by credit card, the bank details will be transmitted by a secure protocol to PAYPAL or other responsible for providing the respective remote electronic payment services, without any third party being able to no case to have access to them.
Delivery
Milopiel undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition at the address indicated by the user on the order form, within the usual working hours.
Milopiel will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the shipping address entered by the user in the order form does not fit the reality or has been omitted.
The maximum period set for deliveries is thirty (30) days, set by secondary in the Law. However, the usual delivery time is 3-15 working days, from the date of the order.
These deadlines are average and therefore an estimate. Therefore, they may vary for logistical or force majeure reasons. In case of delays in deliveries, Milopiel will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of it.
Each delivery is considered to be made from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the user, which materializes through the control system used by the transport company.
In the case of delays in the delivery of orders, the user may cancel his order in accordance with the procedure described in the Section Returns, as if it were a defective order, without assuming the costs of shipping and return. Delays in delivery shall not be considered in cases in which the order has been made available to the user by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the user.
If at the time of delivery the user is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.
If the delivery has not been arranged after 7 working days from the departure of the order, the user must contact Milopiel. In the event that the user does not do so, after 10 working days from the order delivery, it will be returned to our warehouses and the user must take care of the shipping and return to origin costs of the goods, as well as the possible expenses of management associated partners.
If the delivery by loss of the package could not be made, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In such cases, Milopiel will contact the user to decide whether to cancel the order and pay the satisfied amount (cost of products and shipping costs), or if it resubmits a new order, at no additional cost.
At the time of delivery, the user must check the good condition of the package before the transport company that makes the delivery of the product, indicating on the delivery note any anomalies that could detect in the packaging. If, after reviewing the product, the user detects any incident such as a hit, breakage or any damage caused to it by the shipment, the latter must communicate it by e-mail in the shortest possible time (maximum 5 working days), to be able to process the return.
Transmission of risk and property
The risks of the Products will be at your expense from the moment of delivery. You will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in connection with them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if it takes place at a later time.

Strikes, lockouts or other claims measures. 2. Civil upheaving, revolt, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparations for war. 3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, sinking, epidemic or any other natural disaster. 4. Impossibility to use trains, boats, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private. 5. Impossibility to use public or private telecommunications systems. 6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of other governments. 7. Strike, failureor or accidents of maritime or river transport, postal or any other type of transport.
Our obligation to comply under any Contract shall be deemed to be suspended for the period in which the Force Majeure Cause continues, and we will have an extension within the period to fulfil our obligation for the duration of such period. We will use all reasonable means to terminate the Force Majeure Cause or to find a solution by which we can fulfill our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Cause.
Conditions Modifications
Milopiel has the right to revise and modify these Terms at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions in effect at the time you place each order, unless by law or decision of government agencies we must make changes to such policies, Terms or Privacy Statement, in which case, any changes will also affect orders that You have previously placed.
